5 Minute Gluten Free Popsicles

When it's hot outside, these easy 5 minute gluten free popsicles will cool you off in a hurry! Yummy, vegan and even packed with protein when made with OWYN protein drink.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle OWYN protein drink or 12 ounces other favorite milk/mylk
  • 3/4 cup crushed gluten free cookies or candy optional

Instructions

  • Crush gluten free cookies in a large zip-top bag, if using.
  • Pour a couple tablespoons of crushed cookies or candy into each popsicle mold.
  • Fill each mold with OWYN (or milk), leaving 1/4 inch space for freezing during expansion.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Run warm water over the popsicle mold to release the frozen popsicles.
  • Enjoy!
