Gluten Free Maple Glazed Nuts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. peanuts or other favorite nuts or large seeds like pepitas
  • 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
  • 3/4 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 Tbs. sea salt if nuts are unsalted; if nuts are salted, salt only to taste
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Mix all ingredients together well in a large zip-top plastic bag, then pour evenly onto lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring every ten minutes to prevent burning.
  • Remove to fully cool on a wire rack before packaging or serving.
