Instructions

  • Bread Machine DirectionsBring all liquids to room temperature.
  • Pour all liquids including mixed eggs (or lightly whisked aquafaba or other egg substitute) into the bread machine pan. Add entire gfJules Pizza Mix. Make a small well in the center of the mix and pour in 1 yeast packet.
  • Set bread machine to gluten-free setting. (Go here for more gluten-free bread machine programming information).
  • Oven Baking DirectionsIf baking in oven, lightly oil or line with parchment one 9x5 or 8¼ x 4¼ loaf pan.
  • Bring all liquids to room temperature, then add all but cider/beer/Sprite/etc. to large mixing bowl. Beat together, then add entire gfJules Pizza Crust Mix plus one yeast packet. Pour the cider/beer/Sprite/etc. on top, then slowly mix with beater attachment of stand mixer or a large wooden spoon. Once incorporated, beat on medium-high for 2 more minutes. (go here for more tips and information on baking gluten-free breads)
  • Transfer to prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Place in a warm location to proof with a piece of parchment or oiled plastic wrap on top for 40 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Remove top parchment or wrap and bake for approximately 60 minutes, beginning to test for doneness after 50 minutes. Bread should reach 205°F internal temperature and a toothpick or skewer inserted into the center should come out with only dry crumbs or clean.
  • Remove to cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes before removing from the pan. Cool further before slicing to avoid compressing the bread.
  • Store in a large zip-top bag or tupperware-style container on the counter once fully cooled.
