BEFORE YOU USE YOUR MIX: I found a performance (not a safety) issue with the Cake Mix.
But, I’ve solved the issue, and it’s 2-step simple.
- Change the mixing time to NO MORE THAN 1 MINUTE
- Use the NEW, longer bake times below, depending on how you’re using your mix(es):
I’ll send you an email with this info in it, too, so you have it somewhere else.
I apologize for the misstep — it’s a long story involving the weight of eggs in today’s U.S. marketplace, but, luckily, the fix is simple.
