Perhaps it's the Southern Girl in me, but I love giving gifts. Birthdays and gift-giving holidays don't come around often enough for me though, so I've decided to create more occasions to give fun stuff to my friends!
In my gluten-free world, the release of this video is excuse enough for me! I'm really excited about this video, as it represents a TON of baking and time photographing my recipes. The funny part is that it's just the tip of my baking iceburg, so to speak, but it's still a lot of food!
I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I do – when I can't think of what I want to make next, I always get hungry from something in this video that gives me a good idea for my next meal or treat!

Oh yah! The rolls that looked like cinnamon/carmel rolls. Also the cheesecake with berries on top.
My favorites are pierogies and wrapped asparagus. I like the testimonial about other flours “smelling weird and tasting like sand.”
I have missed Mexican food, and ALL desserts as I was quite the baker before. Three of my children and I are gluten/dairy/soy/egg/nut free now, and I LOVE your flour! It’s helped us to not feel so isolated!

Looks too good to be true. Baking is always a “cross your fingers and hold your breath experience for me.” Hoping to win so that I can know the secret too.
My fave testimony and one I can relate to it “I wish I would have tried it before investing in other flours” – So did I, because even though I have to pay for shipping, it’s SO very worth it – every penny and then some. You have brought normality back to my life and I no longer feel bad or sorry for me when I see other people eating yummies! =)
