Contest! It’s as easy as watching a yummy video!

Perhaps it's the Southern Girl in me, but I love giving gifts. Birthdays and gift-giving holidays don't come around often enough for me though, so I've decided to create more occasions to give fun stuff to my friends!

In my gluten-free world, the release of this video is excuse enough for me! I'm really excited about this video, as it represents a TON of baking and time photographing my recipes. The funny part is that it's just the tip of my baking iceburg, so to speak, but it's still a lot of food!

I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I do – when I can't think of what I want to make next, I always get hungry from something in this video that gives me a good idea for my next meal or treat!

Have a look, and leave a comment telling me which food you see that's your favorite! Leave another comment telling me which testimonial at the end of the video is your favorite. Each of these comments (you can leave up to 2) will enter you to win goodies!!! (I suppose, technically, you could get a friend to comment for you too, increasing your odds of winning … if they agree to share the prize!)

1st prize: Jules Gluten Free Welcome Pack:

One 5-pound bag of my gfJules™ All Purpose Flour that you can use to make ANY of the foods in this video

+

my Baker's Dozen E-book with 13 no-compromise, easy-to-make recipes (many of those pictured in the video!) & my ingredient substitution guide for other food sensitivities or allergies, all in a handy electronic format

2d prize: My favorite new, super cool Thermador t-shirt, emblazened with the important question, "Do You Cook?" in full Swarovski Crystal bling!

Leave 2 comments by Saturday July 9 12:00pm ET for 2 chances to win!

  2. Before having to cook gluten free, everyone said I made the best cookies ever. After finding your flour, now they say I make the best cookies ever. Thanks so much!

  4. For myself (I have gluten sensitivity) I can’t decide what to make first … tortillas, french bread, or biscuits!

  5. We just got our first bag of Jules flour. My celiac daughter is leaving on a youth trip and is coming back on her birthday … I’m going to make her eclairs to surprise her! (I would NOT have attempted this without Jules).

  6. Your beer bread is amazing!!! We use it all the time. For dinner tonight we had BLTs made with your bread of course!! Thank you for being a blessing to all of us!

    • You’re so sweet Katie! I love that recipe too – it’s got such a pleasant flavor. I’d forgotten how much I liked beer bread until I started experimenting with some of the new GF beers we’ve been blessed with! I just got some New Planet beer to try and I think I might use it in the beer bread recipe too!

  7. This is a great montage of real food and I know it’s all true. Finding your flour was one of the high points of my year last year. I was able to make real egg noodles from my family recipe and no one could tell they were gluten free. I tell all my friends and family how awesome Jules Gluten Free Flour is. I can truly use it in all our recipes without fear of a flop.

    • So glad to hear it Wendy! Do share your egg noodle recipe … another reader was asking for one recently but I haven’t had time to play around with egg noodles yet!

  8. Your flour, Jules, is truly delicious. Cup for cup it is as satisfying as wheat flour used to be. Your input on this website, your willingness to share and to support each of our questions and concerns, makes this site one that I return to again and again. Thank you for being you!

  9. It is hard to pick just one of the scrumptious foods seen in the video. I have been enjoying your flour almost from the beginning of my celiac days 2 1/2 years ago. I have tried using combo “flours”, but the cakes did not come out as good as your recipes and flour.

  10. My favorite testiomonial was Michelle H. from IA, about purchasing all the different GF flours. I did them same thing. I let my son use the other flours to play with and do experiments with;)

    • Sandy – smart idea! I recently threw out a bunch of individual flours from the back recesses of one of my cabinets (they’d apparently been there for years, I’m ashamed to admit!). I should have given them to the kids to play with instead!

  11. Everything looks so amazing. I don’t think anything I make could ever look that good lol. But the ones that stood out for me were the lemon dessert (which looks mouth watering) and the soft pretzels, which I have been craving for ages.

Paula’s testimony from Jules’ blog is my favorite testimonial.

  13. I was just diagnosed 3 weeks ago, and have already tried a variety of mixes, all of which disappointed me. I just placed my first order for your products (highly recommended by a friend). I can’t wait to make some of the items in your video – the apple pie and pizza left me with cravings…..
