Contest! It’s as easy as watching a yummy video!

Perhaps it's the Southern Girl in me, but I love giving gifts. Birthdays and gift-giving holidays don't come around often enough for me though, so I've decided to create more occasions to give fun stuff to my friends!

In my gluten-free world, the release of this video is excuse enough for me! I'm really excited about this video, as it represents a TON of baking and time photographing my recipes. The funny part is that it's just the tip of my baking iceburg, so to speak, but it's still a lot of food!

I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I do – when I can't think of what I want to make next, I always get hungry from something in this video that gives me a good idea for my next meal or treat!

Have a look, and leave a comment telling me which food you see that's your favorite! Leave another comment telling me which testimonial at the end of the video is your favorite. Each of these comments (you can leave up to 2) will enter you to win goodies!!! (I suppose, technically, you could get a friend to comment for you too, increasing your odds of winning … if they agree to share the prize!)

1st prize: Jules Gluten Free Welcome Pack:

One 5-pound bag of my gfJules™ All Purpose Flour that you can use to make ANY of the foods in this video

+

my Baker's Dozen E-book with 13 no-compromise, easy-to-make recipes (many of those pictured in the video!) & my ingredient substitution guide for other food sensitivities or allergies, all in a handy electronic format

2d prize: My favorite new, super cool Thermador t-shirt, emblazened with the important question, "Do You Cook?" in full Swarovski Crystal bling!

Leave 2 comments by Saturday July 9 12:00pm ET for 2 chances to win!

  3. I had tried several “all purpose” flours before trying Jules’. I got it at a cooking demo in RTP, NC and have not looked back. I love to bake and experiment, but wish I had the creativity and baking energy she does

    • David – hope to get back to RTP to do a class again someday soon. That’s such a great set-up there and I LOVE the people I meet there! ;)

  4. I love baking – always have! When I had to go gluten free, I thought I would be giving up my goodies. Nope, I don’t anymore. The southern biscuits that you showed in the video are ALWAYS being made in my house…and not by me but by my hubby! The whole family loves them. This video is lovely but eating the food that I love – there is the true love and joy right there :)

  5. I was told to make a dessert for our 4th of July family party, and I made cupcakes. No one knew they were gluten free until my son and I indulged in them :) Thanks again for your wonderful, wonderful products!

  6. Your flour has saved my love for baking. When we discovered my son was gluten intolerant I tried baking with the other GF flours out there and was devastated by the results. So I googled “no aftertaste gluten free flour” and your site came up. I’ve been hooked ever since and recommend it to anyone who is GF. Thanks!

  7. Looking over all those yummies, I think those jam-filled tricorn cookies look like my next project, not that I bake a lot of desserts. mmm

Having just had to eat some gluten for the endoscopy I finally got after going gf for 3 mths., I have to say I am all the more thankful for your wonderful, SAFE baking flour! (I am mostly over hurting – now waiting to have energy restored.)

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

  8. The best testimonial you use in the video is about using the one to one replacement. It is important for someone to know how easy it is to buy and use your flour without multiple products and measurements. This really is baking made easy.

  9. I must say that everything you say on the video is correct. I am a baker at heart, passed down from my mother, her mother, etc. and your flour has allowed me to continue to spoil my children with all the favorites I grew up with. My favorite thing to bake is biscuits and with that base, I have been able to expand off that recipe for many other baked goods. The beautiful cake with pink frosting in the video gets me! I have made a red velvet and vanilla cupcakes with your flour. Thanks Jules!

  10. What a great montage! I loved the look of the berry pie and dumplings. The bread slice on the knife was a great way to show you can have “real” bread. My favorite comments were the first 3 at the end of the video.

I’m so excited to have found your flour so I can start baking again. I can’t wait for my next order to arrive so I can try baking some family favorites for the first time gluten free!

  11. The testimony I liked was the jaw dropping family.
“My family had their mouths hanging open when they saw me eat cake. They never guessed they were eating gluten free.”

  13. I have to agree with Stephanie N. from Iowa! You ARE saving our baking lives! I travel quite a bit and have ordered Jules to be delivered to most places I land. That way, it’s always available! Thanks again!

  14. Beautiful presentation, Jules! You have been busy! I hope you have some kind of a team of bakers! (wouldn’t that be a fun job???) I am a huge sucker for your cornbread, also the pumpkin cornbread muffins in the fall. Recently tried the birthday cake recipe made into cupcakes. Talk about melt in your mouth goodness! Thank you so much for your blog and all your efforts to get the word out regarding those of us with wheat intolerances. I appreciate you!
