Perhaps it's the Southern Girl in me, but I love giving gifts. Birthdays and gift-giving holidays don't come around often enough for me though, so I've decided to create more occasions to give fun stuff to my friends!

In my gluten-free world, the release of this video is excuse enough for me! I'm really excited about this video, as it represents a TON of baking and time photographing my recipes. The funny part is that it's just the tip of my baking iceburg, so to speak, but it's still a lot of food!

I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I do – when I can't think of what I want to make next, I always get hungry from something in this video that gives me a good idea for my next meal or treat!

Have a look, and leave a comment telling me which food you see that's your favorite! Leave another comment telling me which testimonial at the end of the video is your favorite. Each of these comments (you can leave up to 2) will enter you to win goodies!!! (I suppose, technically, you could get a friend to comment for you too, increasing your odds of winning … if they agree to share the prize!)

1st prize: Jules Gluten Free Welcome Pack:

One 5-pound bag of my gfJules™ All Purpose Flour that you can use to make ANY of the foods in this video

+

my Baker's Dozen E-book with 13 no-compromise, easy-to-make recipes (many of those pictured in the video!) & my ingredient substitution guide for other food sensitivities or allergies, all in a handy electronic format

2d prize: My favorite new, super cool Thermador t-shirt, emblazened with the important question, "Do You Cook?" in full Swarovski Crystal bling!

Leave 2 comments by Saturday July 9 12:00pm ET for 2 chances to win!

  1. Best testimonial for me was from Stephanie N. Her words describe exactly how many of us gluten free people feel! :)

  2. LOVE YOUR FLOUR!!! It is PERFECT!

I love the comment from the woman who said she wished she knew about it before buying 4 bags that smelled weird and tasted like sand! That’s the PERFECT analogy!!

  3. Which food was my favorite? Oh my gosh, how to choose? Well, it must be the adorable gingerbread man with his big eyes looking back at the camera! Making them this Christmas after discovering your flour will not only bring back the flavor of holidays past, but will allow us to create many new family holiday memories. (Don’t tell the gingerbread man, but our close 2nd choice was the sugary yumm-o looking cinnamon rolls!)

  4. My favorite comment was from Michelle, about not having to have 4 different all-purpose flours (that taste like sand). LOL!

  5. So thankful to have found people like you to make living with a gluten allergy easier. Just diagnosed at 40, I am struggling to adjust to a new way of life. Looking forward to trying your flour so I don’t have to miss out on many family food traditions. Thank you!

  6. Your video made me hungry. Everything looks so wonderful. I love your flour but was unable to use it while my son was at home unless I did double baking because he also has an allergy to corn. He has moved to Seattle, so I don’t have to worry about keeping everything clearly marked. Yay!!!!

  12. I remember the first thing I ate that was Gluten Free. A ginger cookie from a health food store. I thought OMG is this what my life has become. I threw out the entire package. Then I started buying various flours and started baking. What an experience. Griddy heavy doughs! Again more in the trash. Then I found Jules Gluten Free. You have changed my life forever. I am your poster child in NC. Yes your flour may be a little pricey, but at least you don’t have to throw the products out. There is no better pizza then the one made with your flour, not frozen or in a restaurant. My Non-celiac husband loves it. All your recipes are fabulous.

    • Phylis – we have all been there! It is so frustrating that food companies manufacture some gluten-free foods that taste like the box they came in, and they expect us to settle! It makes me so mad every time I sample them at shows or make the mistake of buying something like that myself. My celiac mom does it often as well, but we are both convinced that there is no substitute for making it yourself. You know what goes into it and you love what comes out! So glad you and your hubbie are in a happy gluten-free place now!!!
