Contest! It’s as easy as watching a yummy video!

Perhaps it's the Southern Girl in me, but I love giving gifts. Birthdays and gift-giving holidays don't come around often enough for me though, so I've decided to create more occasions to give fun stuff to my friends!

In my gluten-free world, the release of this video is excuse enough for me! I'm really excited about this video, as it represents a TON of baking and time photographing my recipes. The funny part is that it's just the tip of my baking iceburg, so to speak, but it's still a lot of food!

I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I do – when I can't think of what I want to make next, I always get hungry from something in this video that gives me a good idea for my next meal or treat!

Have a look, and leave a comment telling me which food you see that's your favorite! Leave another comment telling me which testimonial at the end of the video is your favorite. Each of these comments (you can leave up to 2) will enter you to win goodies!!! (I suppose, technically, you could get a friend to comment for you too, increasing your odds of winning … if they agree to share the prize!)

1st prize: Jules Gluten Free Welcome Pack:

One 5-pound bag of my gfJules™ All Purpose Flour that you can use to make ANY of the foods in this video

+

my Baker's Dozen E-book with 13 no-compromise, easy-to-make recipes (many of those pictured in the video!) & my ingredient substitution guide for other food sensitivities or allergies, all in a handy electronic format

2d prize: My favorite new, super cool Thermador t-shirt, emblazened with the important question, "Do You Cook?" in full Swarovski Crystal bling!

Leave 2 comments by Saturday July 9 12:00pm ET for 2 chances to win!

  1. As for my fav comment:

The one in which the woman bought 4 different types of flour all which smelled weird. Clearly, GF has come a LONG way!

  2. I honestly had NO IDEA that you could use your flour in exactly replacement with ‘normal’ recipes. I have clients who’ve asked me all the time about baking and I personally have no clue about what to tell them because I gave it up since going GF meant using so many different flours and such that it made my head spin. What an incredible advancement in the quest for those of us GF! Well done! Hope to try this out soon and share this with everyone I know.

    • Jennifer – I totally understand the confusion about all the different GF flours — precisely the reason I felt I had to create one all-purpose GF flour (it preserves my sanity too, you know?!). I hope you get to try the flour for yourself soon too! Let us know if we can help in any other way!

  3. Everything looks so….so…..NORMAL! As I’m just starting out with my gluten-free journey, it’s so comforting to see things I make, things I enjoy eating – looking exactly like I know them. All of those foods are not sacrifice for health. It makes changing easier.

    • Exactly, Deanna! Normal (or better!) should be what you expect and demand of your gluten-free foods, just as you did with your wheat-based foods before. No reason to compromise or sacrifice!! Let us know if we can help as you embark on your gluten-free journey to good health!!!

  16. I just found your site last week while searhing for gluten free. We recently went on the diet, so I’m a newbie in all of this. But surprisingly I found a new love and appreciation for cooking/baking. I can’t wait to try out your flour!!

All the pics you shared look so yummy, but I have a sweet tooth, so the cookies/cakes/muffins sure caught my eye!!

    • Kindra – isn’t that amazing to suddenly love/appreciate baking when you go GF? So many people have told me that effect was an unexpected benefit to a diagnosis of celiac or gluten sensitivity, and that their family now bakes together, makes cookies together, eats family meals together more often … and really views it as a blessing!
