Contest! It’s as easy as watching a yummy video!

Perhaps it's the Southern Girl in me, but I love giving gifts. Birthdays and gift-giving holidays don't come around often enough for me though, so I've decided to create more occasions to give fun stuff to my friends!

In my gluten-free world, the release of this video is excuse enough for me! I'm really excited about this video, as it represents a TON of baking and time photographing my recipes. The funny part is that it's just the tip of my baking iceburg, so to speak, but it's still a lot of food!

I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I do – when I can't think of what I want to make next, I always get hungry from something in this video that gives me a good idea for my next meal or treat!

Have a look, and leave a comment telling me which food you see that's your favorite! Leave another comment telling me which testimonial at the end of the video is your favorite. Each of these comments (you can leave up to 2) will enter you to win goodies!!! (I suppose, technically, you could get a friend to comment for you too, increasing your odds of winning … if they agree to share the prize!)

1st prize: Jules Gluten Free Welcome Pack:

One 5-pound bag of my gfJules™ All Purpose Flour that you can use to make ANY of the foods in this video

+

my Baker's Dozen E-book with 13 no-compromise, easy-to-make recipes (many of those pictured in the video!) & my ingredient substitution guide for other food sensitivities or allergies, all in a handy electronic format

2d prize: My favorite new, super cool Thermador t-shirt, emblazened with the important question, "Do You Cook?" in full Swarovski Crystal bling!

Leave 2 comments by Saturday July 9 12:00pm ET for 2 chances to win!

  1. Hi Jules,
I am a private cook and more and more requests are coming in for providing gluten free meals for those that love the old favorites but just don’t know how to enjoy them without the gluten. I would love to introduce your product to those who are interested along with sharing your tasty recipes

  2. I liked Cheryl’s testimonial from FB… It is a fabulous flour and I love that it is cup-for-cup replacement for wheat flour. Thanks, Jules.

  3. Your flour is great! I have used it for several years to make goodies for my celiac kid. Gluten free for 6.5 years.

  4. Thank you for everything you do, you have truly been a godsend to me and my family. I haven’t made anything yet whether its been one of your recipes or one of mine using your flour that hasn’t got rave reviews. I can relate to the one that has tried everything else with no luck, that was me in the beginning. My husband says that I bake more now than before I was diagnosed. Thanks again for all that you do for celiacs.

  5. I agree with Michelle S from Humboldt, IA. I wish I had tried the Jules gf flour before wasting time and money on other yucky flours.

  6. My favorite testimonial was Michelle H. She purchased all the different GF flours, I did the same when we found out we couldn’t eat wheat.
There are some terrible, some grainy, and some just unworkable. I can’t wait to try yours, all I’ve heard are great things! :)

  8. Your soft pretzels look amazing! I agree with Michelle S. I bought a TON of flours and made my own mixes before I discovered your flour. I constantly tell everyne I know who is gluten free about your flour! It passed my test when I was able to make my great grandmother’s banana bread.

    • Corrine – I’m so glad you can make your great grandma’s banana bread again! There is nothing like being able to keep those in the (gluten-free) family!!! Thanks for spreading the word about my flour too, and for helping others to enjoy their favorites again!

  9. The testimonial that struck me the most was the woman who was able to eat cake with her family…I haven’t enjoyed a piece of birthday cake at my daughters’ birthdays, neices and nephews, other family members birthday parties since my recent diagnosis. It would be wonderful to bake a delicious gluten-free birthday cake that my whole family can enjoy, and I can also partake in enjoying a part of the celebration.

      • Hi Jules!

Amazing you responded on my birthday…July 13th! My mother-in-law found a chocolate birthday cake for me to enjoy…it was different, no frosting…would love to try your flour to make a moist, delicious cake with frosting!

        Thanks for your note!

  10. Everything looks absolutely delicious! Can’t believe it was all gluten-free! Since diagnosis with celiac disease in December 2010, I have really missed “convenient” foods like pizza, hamburgers w/buns, doughnuts…I was amazed to see a doughnut on the video! :)

  11. I think the best testimonial is that about the chocolate chip cookies. I have not found a flour yet that works.

I also liked the one where the family is fooled! Ha ha!
