Gluten Free Maple Glazed Nuts
Ingredients
- 1 lb. peanuts or other favorite nuts or large seeds like pepitas
- 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
- 3/4 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 Tbs. sea salt if nuts are unsalted; if nuts are salted, salt only to taste
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Mix all ingredients together well in a large zip-top plastic bag, then pour evenly onto lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring every ten minutes to prevent burning.
