Gluten Free Maple Glazed Nuts

Yield: 1 pound nuts
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. peanuts or other favorite nuts (or large seeds like pepitas)
  • 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
  • 3/4 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 Tbs. sea salt (if nuts are unsalted; if nuts are salted, salt only to taste)
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Mix all ingredients together well in a large zip-top plastic bag, then pour evenly onto lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring every ten minutes to prevent burning.

Remove to fully cool on a wire rack before packaging or serving.
