Our 3rd annual Gluten-Free Cookie Swap was the most successful to date, generating nearly 100 (99 to be exact) new, tried and tested gluten-free cookie recipes in less than 40 days. Thousands of cookie fans flocked to the site to share, find and drool over tantalizing photos and recipes of everything from gluten-free pizzelles to spritz cookies, gingerbread to reindeer cookies, and nearly every kind of cookie in between!
The creation of this free album of hundreds of cookie recipes — open to anyone searching for a gluten-free cookie recipe — is something our gluten-free community should be very proud of. Home bakers, professional bakers and bloggers all contributed recipes to this collaborative cookie effort.
How can I use Jules Cookie Mix to make Megan Bowler’s Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies? I found the recipe on Facebook and not sure what ingredients I don’t need to use if I use the Cookie Mix.
Thanks!
Hi Connie, looks like if you halve the recipe, you would only need to add 1 egg, 1/2 large can pumpkin (15 oz), half the spices listed, 1/2 cup shortening, and 1 bag chocolate chips. Let me know how it turns out made with my cookie mix! It’s a fantastic idea!
When I click on any of the links, there is just a Jpeg that comes up…can’t see the recipes.
Joan -the recipe should be in next to the jpg you click on from the photo album at the Gluten-Free Cookie Swap.
How do we get the recipes? I don’t see a link for them…
Hi Cathy – each winning recipe is linked if you hover over you should link directly to the winners. You can also go directly to the Photo Album on the Gluten-Free Cookie Swap, as well. Just click on a photo of any cookie you’re interested in, and the recipe will come up. Enjoy!
