The most refreshing salsa you’ve ever met: watermelon salsa! It’s the perfect summer accompaniment as a dip or as a topper for nearly any main dish. So refreshing and cool … and beautiful, too!
We love adding these fresh dip to grilled veggie tacos, homemade gluten free burritos, even chilled lentil salad. But really, watermelon salsa is just something you can’t get wrong! Add it to anything or just use it as a side or a dip!
The crunch and fresh flavors are perfect for so many things.
If you love watermelon … yep. You’re going to love this watermelon salsa.
This recipe is easy to modify if you want it spicy or prefer it mild. Keep gluten free chips at the ready and taste-test as you go until it suits you (bonus!).
It’s time to picnic!
