  1. I have a question versus comment: I know you have specialized mixes for specific types of baked goods but can’t you use their all purpose one for all of them?

    • Hi Amy, great question! You can certainly use my gfJules Gluten Free All Purpose Flour rather than on of my mixes to bake nearly any recipe from scratch, and I try to give recipes for those in most cases. Many people prefer specialized mixes because it saves them from having to measure out and also find extraneous other ingredients. The other difference is that the mixes may look like they have the same ingredients in them, but they actually do not; the individual raw ingredient flours are different, depending on the mix. SO in one mix there may be one type of tapioca starch; in another, a different type of tapioca starch (as an example) but on the ingredient listing it just says tapioca. So, it would be impossible for the consumer to know exactly what’s going on behind the scenes, but I’ve actually chosen specialized raw ingredients to make each mix a better version of itself to make the experience and end product even better. That’s why you wouldn’t necessarily like using my pancake mix to make pizza (another example!). I hope that explains things!

  2. Jules, I just have to tell you, since I have been using your all purpose flour mix, everything I make is 100 times better than before. Your flour mix is exceptional. Everything turns out moist, light, fluffy, tasty & my baked goods never dry out after a few days. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
